What is the timeframe for receiving a refund after cancelling an order with Oben Electric?

You can cancel your booking with Oben Electric and get a full refund of any partial booking payment before the payment of the full booking amount. Send us an email at hello@obenelectric.com to cancel your booking.

In case of cancellation before the full payment of the booking amount, we have a refund policy. You are eligible for a full refund of any partial booking amount, which will be credited to your source account within 7-10 business days.

You can cancel the order any time before the full payment, and any booking amount, if applicable, will be refunded to your source account within 10 business days.

No, there is no processing fee applicable when you cancel the order. Moreover, if you have made a partial booking amount payment, it will be refunded within 7-10 business days and credited to your account.
